Sziksai is the Senior Online Sales Consultant and National Outreach Director for David Weekley Homes. She is a lifetime resident of NC in many cities of her native state, from the mountains to the coast. She is currently employed with David Weekley Homes as a Senior Sales Consultant and the National Outreach Director. Her role is to cultivate relationships in the local and national community, work with customers to find their dream homes, and partner with national profits and non-profits to support the outreach initiatives of the David Weekley CARE Program. She is also in charge of an extended network in Nashville, Tennessee. Before working at David Weekley Homes, Melissa worked in corporate wellness for 13 years. Her main goal was working to create health and wellness initiatives in profit and non-profit companies. Her first job after graduating from Appalachian State University in 2001 was with the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina, as a Corporate Wellness Director. This role included various branches and programs in the YMCA of the northwestern region of NC. Melissa is active in numerous activities around the Triangle including the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, the Chapel Hill Chamber of Commerce, Band Together, the Triangle YMCA, the Wendell Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the National Home Builders Association. Melissa lives in Apex, NC and when she is not volunteering or finding dream homes, she loves to run, bike, and train in fitness classes for all ages and stages of life.
