As the Assistant Principal at Martin Middle School, Javier has dedicated his career to fostering a culture of dignity and respect. With a background spanning Rolesville Middle School and Wake Young Men’s Leadership Academy, he brings a wealth of educational leadership experience. As an Executive Board Member at Communities In Schools Wake (CIS Wake), he extends his advocacy beyond the school walls, passionately supporting student success. Outside of education, you’ll find Javier coaching youth recreational sports, and reflecting on his commitment to holistic growth and development.
