Marcus currently serves as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for ServiceNow’s Low-Code application platform area. This role includes defining Gen AI’s footprint, setting go-to-market strategy, enhancing market awareness, and improving customer adoption and experience. His career started as a Software Engineer before expanding through business roles (marketing, product management, Chief of Staff, Pure Systems, Cloud Ecosystem, Blockchain).

Additionally, he is a published author, has numerous patents, and mentors, and has served as a director on 5+ University and community boards.
