Roberta received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998. She received certificate of nonprofit management from Duke University in 2005 and has taken graduation level courses in public affairs at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Roberta completed her Master’s in Athletic Administration from North Carolina Central University in May 2016. Her career in the nonprofit sector has allowed her to serve in various capacities, including development, program development and administration, operations, and human resources.
Roberta joined CIS Wake’s team in 2009 and has served as a development officer and currently serves as the program director for CIS Wake’s 21st Century Community Learning Center program. Outside of work, Roberta is an avid tennis player and loves to teach children to enjoy tennis.
