Graduation Coaches provide goal-oriented, one-on-one coaching to lay the foundation for a plan ensuring that every CIS Wake student has a personalized plan to graduate from high school.
Graduation Coaches are embedded within assigned schools and school communities to work with a targeted group of 50 to 100 students using case management strategies to reduce and ultimately eliminate school drop-out rates due to attendance, behavior, and grades.
