Mark is a finance professional with over thirty years of leadership experience in public and private accounting.  He is a University of Carolina at Chapel Hill Business Administration alum and has been a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina since 1990.  He has been admitted to partnerships at two major international accounting firms and Finance executive at two sporting goods retail companies. His functional experience includes accounting, finance, treasury and working capital management, strategic planning, process improvement, vendor relations, growth management, capital raising (debt and equity), M&A, distribution center operations, human resources, management development and leadership training, legal and contracts, IT infrastructure, and corporate administration.

Mark enjoys Carolina Hurricanes hockey, UNC sports, spending time in the NC mountains, and craft beer tasting.
