Recap of 2009 Staples School Supply Drive

The 2009 school supply drive was a huge success. Communities in Schools of Wake County collected nearly 400 backpacks of school supplies for our students thanks to independent drives facilitated by BB&T,Kilpatick Stockton, Fidelity Investment, Cisco, Cary Family Church of Christ. We would also like to extend a special thanks to all the Staples stores for graciously hosting a school supply drive in 5 area stores. CIS Wake extends an huge thank you to all the volunteer's who volunteered their time to support our school supply drive. Most importantly a special thanks to everyone who donated supplies and helped our students begin the year with the tools that they need to succeed.
